I haven't seen this posted but this is the first time he's has a good offer as far as I know. Corral is leaving. Considering his history, I would not be surprised if he leaves.

He was also trashing our crowd noise/ fans saying A&M didn’t use a silent count which he said is unheard of in the SEC….

As a coach you want the same as the other team. Though I think we can recruit well.

Short answer, win. Lane needs to consider that OM fans have been, between Freeze, the NCAA, Luke and COVID, somewhat distanced for many years. If he wants that atmoshere that he experienced when with bama he needs to make us competitive with bama.

^ this. People don’t want to spend the time and money it takes to show up every weekend when we haven’t been good in over half a decade, especially when can you sit and watch it on your couch. Keep winning and people will show up. That’s really all there is to it.

Exactly. Keep winning and the atmosphere will improve and support will continue to grow. Every athletic department is dealing with attendance issues — it’s not just an OM thing.
