Settle down. Arkansas and Miss st took care of business and it doesn’t matter what issues Aggie we’re having. A&M is playing good football right now and moving in the right direction.

If Bama would have lost last night, would A&M have controlled their own destiny in the West?

You lost to State and Arkansas.

In one season you have potentially beaten Bama, AU, and LSU, and you still don't control your destiny.

I don't think any other team has ever been in that position.

A&M isn't there yet but it's hard not to be optimistic as an Aggie fan. Jimbo is building with brick with recruiting and changing the culture.

Need to close out these last 3 games with 2 tough road games at Ole Miss and LSU and then see what happens. Do that and the worst case is probably a NY6 game again which considering how we looked after that State game would be amazing, get a little lucky and we get a shot at UGA and anything can happen.

Most importantly though A&M isn't going anywhere. The biggest element still missing is the elite QB play. Love Calzada, kid is just a good dude and tough as nails but he's not a difference maker.

We are experts at seasons like this. Back in big 12 we beat Nebraska (when they were good), Texas and OU but still didn’t go to the big 12 championsip.

Oh well if the only way you can enjoy a season is a championship then you won’t enjoy many seasons in life except perhaps Bama.

Yes. We have the head to head tie breaker on both Auburn and Alabama sto any conference loss by Bama puts us in the driver's seat.

Need to hope the Pigs or Auburn can pull it off.

A&M will run the ball straight down the middle of their line. And their QB won’t step on the field most of the game. The TOP will be heavily lopsided.

I will put money on A&Ms running game over Ole Miss’s passing game. A&M stopped Bama, they can stop Ole Miss.

I agree and just forwarded to Kiffin. He is considering a forfeit as I type.

I'd say it's less than a 50% chance you guys win both games against Ole Miss and LSU.

Odds aren't high, but hey at least you've got a chance.

If by beating your chest and thinking you’re the greatest team ever after not winning anything meaningful in so long not even Pepperidge Farm remembers, then yes you’re turning into Georgia....Hell you may have surpassed Georgia at this point.

What % chance did you give A&M for beating both Bama and Auburn?

Check out the talent that A&M has on the field today - and the talent that is coming in year by year. This is what A&M paid Fisher to do - not win right away, but rebuild the team from the ground up into a consistent winner. A&M is doing this with a backup QB and brand new OL

And the recruiting class is going to be something else. It takes time to change a football team, which is something those idiots in Austin don’t understand. I told you, and Fisher told you

We Ain’t Done Yet

Jimbo's a good coach but he has taken a while to get A&M to where they are now (which is not where Georgia was in year 2). I do like that he is a patient guy though.

Awhile? Isn't it a no brainer that coaches need 3 years to be truly evaluated? In year 3 he had a 1 loss season.

This year he's in Nov and still in the SEC championship hunt.

Ogre will beat them in his swan song to keep them out of Atlanta. Aggie fans will crow about "Next year".
