...regarding the whole JT/Stet discussion.

Either we trust Kirby or we don't. JT likely didn't play for a very valid reason.

We're not at practice. Maybe JT is still hurt or maybe Stet is the best option based on their current performance.

Kirby knows that this as good a chance as he has had to win the Natty. So he's got a lot riding on this decision.

Let's give him the benefit of the doubt.

As Kirby doesnt work for us, its irrelevant. He will play who he wants.

Your measured, reasoned, thoughtful opinion has no place here, sir.

I didn't see the pre-game warmups. Did JT throw many passes?

Per John Stinchcomb it seemed limited reps

I, for one, only come here to read the takes from the Uncle Ricos of our fanbase.

Give me those messy, piping hot takes, STAT.

Yes… all of the QBs threw equal, numerous reps. He (Daniels) even warmed up during the game along side Stet. I thought he may go in at that point.

If Kirby proved one thing, it’s he don’t know nothin about coaching football!

Eh? Kirby has made UGA a force to be reckoned with. He is an excellent coach.

Now how he handles QB situations, specifically, could absolutely be up for debate.

I honestly believe that Kirby is the best possible coach we could ever have hired. He’s an alum, he’s ingratiated to the University, and he can recruit and coach his arse off. I hope your comment wasn’t meant to passively imply I felt any differently?

Not really sure I was going for passive or implications.

So you are being literal about Kirby knowing nothing about football?

Either way we want the same thing… I want Stet to go out and lite it up or JT to do the same if needed.

The difference seems to lie in when we pull Stet to give JT a chance to show he’s more effective or that he’s not capable of leading the team as effective as Stet. I’m for giving it a look. I’m also for believing in whoever’s back there and pulling like hell for him to be successful.

Well, we better do it before the SECCG.

Guys if you listen to Stets post game interview he said he was told during the week that this game was his. Not that he was starting and not that he was sharing playing time. JT in Kirby’s eyes was not ready. The things he was saying in interviews was coach speak to at least affect UF’s time spent game planning. Come on, Kirby is not going to put his team, his job with that massive salary on the line anymore than any of us would. His family benefits mightily from the decisions he makes. Quit being frickers and getting onboard and enjoy this ride man! Help the recruiting pitch by being positive for a change.

I've lived long enough to have learned
The closer you get to the fire, the more you get burned
But that won't happen to us
'Cause it's always been a matter of trust

No internet in 1980 but from Sec 331 row 1...

"Buck sucks, less than 50% completion rate, noodle arm etc. etc.."

"We want Jeff Paulk!!"

"Dooly is a idiot, hes just gonna ride Herschel, what if a team stops Walker, we're doomed"

Yadda, yadda, yadda...

Smart must be the dumbest person in the Coaches room...
