I should probably know this but I can't keep up with all things COVID. Are all the guys listed as seniors eligible to come back next year because of COVID?

If so, can we expect some of our linemen to possibly come back? They aren't great but there's not much else behind them.

247 mods said they heard that the staff wants Hamm back. I think part of it will be whether coaches want guys back or not. Also there’s guys like Brahms who might just be ready to move on. I imagine Council would prefer trying pro

It’s a big question mark right now

Best of luck to him, but NFL rosters usually only carry 7 offensive linemen max.

I don’t think he’s in the top 224 offensive linemen available.

I mean I guess the portal makes things such an unknown but we should be wanting pretty much everyone back. It's not like there are currently options in waiting.

I think with some of these “super” seniors you are going to see a lot of movement across all teams

I imagine most will be invited back. Just wondering who decides to go on their own

Our OL isn’t a strength but it’s a functional unit for the first time in a few years. I haven’t taken that for granted

Agreed, and hopefully we pick up a couple linemen who want to showcase their talent in the SEC. We will need a couple of years of reaching out to the portal, out of necessity, until our high school recruits get some seasoning....when we get the high school recruits, which it seems we finally are.

If any of them were redshirted, then if they take that extra year even after their SR year, they may end up with PHDs in order to stay in school that long.

And I think if any of the OL feel they need that extra year to develop, especially the JUCO guys, I can see them staying too..

Some of them are going to be ready to be done with it. Taking classes just to take classes isn’t going to be what some want to do.
