Don’t lie.
Be honest.
What football program (besides bama)
Has been more successful?
I’ll hang up and listen to your replies.

I’d say that there are several that would like to have LSU’s success. I’d venture that several more wouldn’t want to be LSU.

It’s a response thread
To all the programs in the SEC
That would suck some dick
To have LSU’s success
But continue to criticize the LSU program

100 % correct, no team but Bama has won more Natty's in the last 20 years. 2011 should have been a split Natty, after Bama backed in.

As many folks asked - loudly - when the push was on to get rid of the Mad Hatter - how many programs would love to have LSU's talent ?
Count me in ... all day. The Louisiana / Mississippi / Arkansas / East Texas area is as fertile a recruiting ground as anywhere in the country, and LSU goes picking more than they go recruiting. But that's always been the hit, now hasn't it ? LSU pulls top five talent every year. They don't put up top five results every year. And O has that gap getting wider. Pun intended.
It's always a question of coaching at LSU. And yes, if Saban would have had the sense to stay in Baton Rouge instead of going to Miami - you'd be weighing championship trophies instead of counting them, just to save time.
Now - go find a coaching staff. You have the talent, year in and year out.

Ahh OK.
Still, these things are easier if you embrace the fall, laugh at the pain, and wait on the exciting news of firing the shrimp boat pilot.

Gah - don't mean to sound like a dick. I genuinely admire LSU as a program, Kentucky will NEVER get to their level. LSU just seems to do less with more than any other school in the conference.
It's ironic - you HAD Saban. And then the bastard had to go fail in the pros just like every other egotistical college coach. Then he came back to the only other school that could out-LSU LSU.
Take heart - you're only one good coaching hire away from being a dynasty again. Just gotta' find him.

You make several good points.
And I do understand that some programs are just not in the position to be successful in some sports.
But think Georgia Florida A&M

I mean 3 titles since 2003. Who has done that but Bama?
