Arkansas' backup came into the game against Texas in the final seconds of tbe game. He had one rush for 29 yds, then mercy knee'd them on the 10 yd line.
That is the only action he has seen the entire year. PFF has him rated as an 89.
As much as people act like that site is the gold standard, it's actually kind of a joke quite often.
