It's already been posted here about UGA's director of sports medicine, who is vaccinated, who has come down with Covid and his exposure to the entire team (over 90% vaxxed).

Now, Clemson's preseason All-America DT Tyler Davis status for playing in the game is questionable.

Right now, it looks worse, Covid-wise, for UGA. What a way to mess up a potentially great game. Lordamercy.

This is one of those kind of games where it’s hyped up a lot, but by MidSeason they are both around 21 or 22 and we realize it wasn’t that great of a matchup

So if a player is vaccinated, no contact tracing, correct? Does everyone get tested before the game?

All of the scholarship players at UGA are vaxxed per sauces, therefore they won't have to test unless they have symptoms.

That's what I've read.

I have read only unvaxxed have to get tested, absent symptoms.

Who else is Clemson going to lose to besides UGA?

One of the dumbest things ever posted here- quite an accomplishment

When was the last time you saw either ranked that low?

But the government said that the vaccines were “effective”. I can’t believe the government would lie

Lol what.

Clemson won't lose a game all year unless it's this one.

Looking at Georgia's schedule, I'd say 9-3 is their absolute floor.

We can only hope the Gamecocks pull it off.

NCST in the college World Series wasn’t given this courtesy. Their jabbed players were tested.

Apparently, it's OK to be a covid super spreader as long as you're a "vaccinated" covid super spreader.

Could you imagine? Absolutely you can still spread polio and you can still get polio at a rate comparable to those that don’t get vaccinated but the rules only affect those that haven’t gotten the vaccine.

Of the names listed, only Tyler Davis is COVID. Ross supposedly has a foot injury and Turner a shoulder injury. That aside, I have read there are a few more CV positives, including the projected starting RB.

As a side note, Tyler Davis is vaxxed and asymptomatic. Even though Clemson is > 85% vaxxed and Tyler Davis ordinarily would not be subject to testing, the school is testing every student, vaxxed or not, weekly. So Clemson will have CV issues the entire year.

As far as UGa, The impact of the doctor testing positive will be minimal, if anything, as UGa isn’t required to test any of the players who came in contact with the guy.

We know how Dabo rolls…

“By the grace of God all of our players have been miraculously cured before our opener!”
