Ironic the last Clempson coach that won a National Championship, Danny Ford, left Clempson for Arkansas
I’m pretty sure Ford didn’t leave Clemson for Arky. He was let go over NCAA violations, and was out of coaching for a few years before coming back years later to be Arky’s coach.
2026 Tiger Stadium Concerts
Posted by Roscoe on 11/11/25 at 4:09 pm
The Advocate has an article today saying there are two mega concerts “penciled” in for Tiger Stadium March 28th and May 23 (Memorial Day weekend).
LINK
The article says the metro council has been approached by a promoter, but not being told who the acts are other than they are on the scale of Garth Brooks. The article says:
Any ideas who these two could be?
I see Morgan Wallen is touring in 2026 and is doing big stadium venues and has a gap in May where he could swing by Tiger Stadium after a show in Gainesville before heading out west to Colorado. I’m just not sure I would say he is “Garth Brooks” like.
Regardless - anyone have any ideas who these two shows could be?

19th JDC, Kelly f’d LSU Stacked!
Who did the suit get assigned to? There may be more non-LSU judges in the 19th than there are LSU Law Center judges.

That tells me that BK is not worried about any "dirt" LSU supposedly has on him, which is not good for LSU.
BK is just calling LSUs bluff on this one. It’s not going to look good for LSU to raise the morality clause issue when LSU had knowledge of it for some time, but didn’t raise it as a reason for termination until after LSU started losing. It’s going to look pretty bad for LSU to have “looked the other way” when everyone thought this season was heading towards a potential national championship, but then invoke it to save some money on a buyout when the season starting spiraling the other direction.

I’ve been 2 or 3 times. Excellent each time.
Any idea where/what side of town they may open in BR?

He and his dad were western PA guys. Dad coached small school outside of Pittsburgh.
I would think he would be their first target.

The wheels are falling off bigly
So they lose to a team that’s currently top 5 and some peoples projected playoff champion - with a chance to win it at the end of the- and then lose on a 55 yard FG against a GT team they some projected to win 10 games and go to the ACC CG - and the wheels are falling off?
Sure - Clemson has no doubt been a disappointment this year. They are not a national championship team/contender. But they could still make a run and make it to the playoffs.
Now, if Clemson loses to Syracuse, UNC, or NCState in the coming weeks, that’s when you can say the wheels are starting to come off.

Waffle House line cooks are culinary artists. Waffle House waitresses are nice to you. Popeyes employees are rude and incompetent.
A few weeks ago, I went to my first Waffle House (one on Lee by Bennys) in about 20-25 years. I was very surprised how nice and engaging the workers were with all the customers. It reminded me of childhood experiences going to Camellia Grill and Dearman’s. Food was excellent as well.

This kid would take a beating if GT made the playoffs. Maybe they could pull off an upset and win a round 1 matchup, but I doubt he would make it through two playoff games without being knocked out.

Have there been any news on Sheltons shoulder injury and how long he’s going to be out?

Yeah - I just heard him. He said the ruling was correct applying the letter of the rule. He said said - the rule needs to be changed. But it was the correct call.

Brian Kelly just said on his PC it was the correct call. He said the rule just needs to be changed. BUT - he said the ruling was correct.

Rooting for Gauff. She has always acted professional and carried herself the right way. Can’t say the same for Osaka.
Regardless, and just looking at the tennis and disregarding the personalities, it’s nice to see Osaka has worked hard to regain her form. Hope it’s a good match.

Listening to some of their podcasts today, they are saying that is the loudest the stadium has ever been
Interesting. The two I listened to, and the on3 article I read, said it was loud at the beginning of the game. But when Clemson went 3 and out to start, the noise got quiet.
The Miami overtime game years ago - overtime - is generally thought to be their earthquake game. The Louisville game that came down to the end - is probably next. One of the Georgia games is next.
I know many who want to the game. Everyone said it was not loud S they expected. But that had more to do with the game flow.
Wonder if Townsend’s going to start her warmup at the net taking volleys like she’s been doing or if she will do the normal/customary warmup with her match being televised in prime time.
re: All the money is on Clemson

It was +4.5 LSU on Sunday.
LINK
At that time, according to VegasInsider, 55% of the bets are on LSU, and 63% of the money is on the Bayou Bengals as well.
With the the line increasing at that time, but the majority of bets AND $$$ on LSU at the time, that means the sharps had the money on Clemson. That means they probably already knew about the suspension.

Incorrect, he was ejected for unsportsmanlike conduct (no suspension), which AFTER the game was over, was later revised by the NCAA to fighting (carries suspension).
This is not hard. Thr basis did the unsportsmanlike conduct was fighting. He threw punches. Multiple punches. He ran through an official to throw more punches after being separated. This led to a brawl at the end of the game.
As Hanny and Ott and the third guy on tbr show all said - every college coach knows the rule. Punches thrown. You are out. It was missed. It’s okay to admit the LsU staff messed up and made a mistake. Really, it’s ok. There’s really no reason to blame everyone else but LSU.
quote:
Only the Big 12 and Houston knew this apparently (and probably Clemson had some buddies on Houston staff and Houston wanted to frick LSU). What exactly was LSU supposed to do?
Hanigriff just said it best. LSU has more support staff than players. LSU simply put missed it. Everyone knows the rules. The video shows multiple punches thrown. The staff simply put missed it. And Kelly is furious the staff missed it. He said - don’t blame Houston. Don’t blame Clemson. Everyone knows the rules. LSU missed it.
It’s nice to see not everyone drinks purple and gold Kool-aid. My problem with our society today is people’s constant failure to take personal responsibility for their mistakes. The post on this board the last 24 hours where everyone wants to blame anyone and everyone but LSU - simply because the potential negative consequence the suspension may have on the outcome of the game - is really sad.

Clemson watching game film on all players from last year. Someone says “wait he got ejected there? Rewind that. We should look into that. Makes a call to a buddy at Houston, Oh looky there”.
Assuming that’s what happened, is it not concerning that no one at LSU thought to do the same after knowing one of its star portal transfers who LSU no doubt knew was ejected from its last game for throwing multiple punches, getting separated, then running through an official to throw more punches ?
Believing there tj be some Clemson conspiracy - it makes no sense to me that the Clemson coaching g staff watched a video of a player throwing numerous punches and knew there had to be a suspension in effect, but that it never raised a red flag at LSU.
I’ve watched the Cooley video. I’ve watched the Haulcy video. It’s really easy to objectively see one being called fighting and the other not.
