Didn't he speak at a recent UT Grad ceremony? Baylor has a pretty salty law school so don't count them out just yet. They are very experienced in defending rape :)

IF the Big 12 actually has proof that ESPN was actively trying to get other conferences to go after their teams they will have a case.
This wouldn't just be ESPN trying to dump the LHN by moving Texas and OU to the SEC. It would be ESPN trying to kill their Big 12 TV deal that has $1.06 billion remaining in payments.
