OU has a chance to be decent. But honestly I think you can forget having a top 5 ranking for quite a while after you start playing our conference schedule.
Big 12 teams are Cottonelle extra soft.
Play Bama one week, not only lose but get beat up in the process. Then you get South Carolina the next week and think you’re going to get to heal up a little and get an easy win…..nope.
Might win pretty easy, but they’ll beat you up some more. Then you get LSU and A&M back to back.
You’re 1-3. Maybe 2-2 and wondering who’s healthy enough for Georgia next week.
The funny thing is how much better off you’ll be than A&M’s little brother. I’m looking forward to watching them struggle to cope with the reality the Mississippi teams are better.

It’s mostly Texas. We may not like OU, but we can largely deal with having OU join the SEC. Texas just sucks.
