Well obvious Texas does run the Big XII and they do as good as a job running it as they run their football program.

Seems maybe even prove what a damn soap opera Texas is - line up everything in their favor only to frick up their own constructed advantages.
When you think about it - what other program in the country can more or less have mediocrity for the past 20 plus years - yet still be at the top of the $$ list. They are like a drunken billionaire spinster

Because aTm finished #4 in the country last year. tu wants some of that action. Having Texas(and OU) in the SEC will be a real treat. Everyone except Bama will then have to deal with their "Daddies".

Go ahead and believe that. Remember (as stated often) when this happens they get all the recruits. LSU will get thumped by them more often than they'd like. Be interesting to see if you still love Texas when they bend you over.

Texas isn't going to cherry pick Louisiana. It would just make in state recruiting between A&M and Texas more heated.

It’s a fact. Texas will ruin any conference they are in. Ask Arkansas, Nebraska, A&M, Missouri. Demanding control of everything down to even demanding penalties for hook elm signs they don’t like. LSU in particular should be very afraid of Texas. LSU will not be able to match the payoffs to the 4/5 stars that Texas, Alabama and A&M can provide.

LSU can stay home and almost match talent for talent with anyone. You are getting paranoid. Every team will still get only 25 recruits. Let me repeat that, Texas can only recruit 25 players dude. Mack Brown had his pick of Texas elite and he still couldn't get the best of the Sooners. Historically and Nationally Texas has been fool's gold in football. Think about that stuff.

The difference is they molded the Big XII in their favor and NOW they want out. Did you not read that? Also, you're talking about a university that has a channel dedicated to them. The level of entitlement from them is unmatched. This goes beyond whatever takes place on the field.
