What are some interesting stats/facts going into the 2021 season?
For me, as an LSU fan, it's interesting that the only SECE team on a current win streak against LSU is Mizzou.... at one game.

A streak is a min of 2 games. So if what you say is accurate and no east team has a streak, then I can eliminate any west team on the grounds of the 2019 season. Therefore, no team in the conference has a winning streak vs LSU.

Texas A&M could win the East. That’s neat

Was the last loss 2010 South Carolina?

Thanks for the laugh. I had forgotten LSU lost to Missouri last year.

As a non bama fan... that is impressive.

Auburn has only won in Athens twice in the last 20 years.
Auburn's overall record for UGA in the last 20 meetings is 5-15.

A&M has very clearly played well against the SEC East. I would guess we're second to only Bama since joining the SECW.
U of SC 7-0
Vanderbilt 3-0
Tennessee 2-0
Kentucky 1-0
Florida 2-1
Missouri 1-2
Georgia 0-1 (still mad about some of the calls in this game)
Overall: 16-4
Here is the fun fact. U of SC & Vanderbilt have never ever ever beaten A&M.
Here is the storyline. Mizzou has played very well against A&M in the last several matchups. They have a lead in these recent games. Where it lands on the schedule (after the Bama championship) is perfectly set up for a trap game.

Good point Vice.
But you and Summer know that Bama has been ridiculous with W’s in any category.

Poor USCe is on a 7 game skid against LSU and I think the overall record is 19-2-1

I would say LSU’s record vs the SEC East, using your 2012 season as a benchmark, is better than A&M. Same 16-4 record, but the “strength of schedule” for that record is far different.
Florida: 7-2
SC: 3-0
Georgia: 2-1
Kentucky: 1-0
Tennessee: 1-0
Vandy: 1-0
Missouri: 1-1
Florida: 7-2
SC: 3-0
Georgia: 2-1
Kentucky: 1-0
Tennessee: 1-0
Vandy: 1-0
Missouri: 1-1

LSU and South Carolina have played 22 times, South Carolina won 7-6 in 1930, its still the record for the Gamecocks' largest margin of victory in the series.
