I've seen this picture multiple times. Is it a legit picture? Did he really strip down and become the naked "Stark fricker" for real? Please tell me this is Photoshop magic and not real!

I believe the story is that its some local Florida businessman who happens to look a lot like McElwain.
As to why the guy did it in the first place... lots and lots of booze must have been involved. I mean when you are thinking of who to do business with I tend to doubt "shark rapist" is the first thing to come to mind.

It’s not McElwain but he was so over the top and defensive that it wasn’t him that it actually made people wonder if it was him.
Would’ve been better for him to have had a sense of humor about it.

As others have said, it is a legit picture but it isn’t McElwain. It’s a former NYPD officer.
