Is Auburn's support money drying up?

With all the new stuff being brought out against UGA and Alabama with buying players it brings a question. What the hell happened to our pipeline? Has the back money dried up?
UGA flat out bought Pickens out from under us. That shite would not have happened 20 years ago.

I’m willing to cheat. Listen, teams have been getting slapped on the wrist for flat out playing people. LSU paid Vadal Alexander 180k. What happened to them? Nothing?

I hear stories over here in the ATL as I’m sure you do...Kirby is dirty as a crack whore’s butthole. He is straight-up Barry Switzering over here. Not even attempting to hide it because he knows there is no way in hell the NCAA is gonna strangle one of its golden geese.

It happens to some extent everywhere. To what extent is hard to say. They aren’t out there stroking checks. It used to be FSU that drove me crazy on guys we were on that would choose late. Now it’s Clemson and UGA. It’s definitely turning into the haves and have nots in recruiting. There is no reason that Ohio State, UGa, and Bama should be that far ahead of everyone else. Never has been that way and never should be. But it’s the new culture of sports. I see it at high school, I see it in travel ball. It’s not about a dad that knows how to coach and taking 5 from his sons high school team and 5 from the 2 closest highs schools and going to play summer travel ball. Kids starting in the 10th grade are being flown in from different parts of the country to play together. Unless your school has a tradition of success the kids are just using high school as practice for their travel ball seasons.
Super teams will be the death of college sports. It will trickle down to high schools as well. It is already going on in pro baseball and basketball. And I guess the Bucs this season in the NFL with Gronk coming out of “retirement” to play with Brady.

Gus was bringing a knife to a gun fight in recruiting. Need to get the slot machines cranked back up, buy a Ford dealership, and slut up the tiger hostesses.

I don’t know if they even consider him a golden goose. I am of belief the NCAA doesn’t care, they just want the money to keep rolling in and will slap a penalty on a mizzou type for a tutor violation.
