I've seen a lot of Alabama title teams but I think this is my favorite

Absolute warriors that would not be denied at a level not seen since the 2008 class.
Moses leading the defense all year despite him and the coaches admitting he wasn't 100%.
Waddle refusing to sit out the national championship game when we was nowhere near 100% and having millions of legitimate reasons to not play.
Smitty trying to get the training staff to re-set his finger when we are up 21 points after winning every award under the sun and going for 12 rec / 215 yards / 3TD in the 1st half.
Metchie playing virtually every offensive snap due to Smith/Waddle statuses, when no one even knew he was hurt. Saban said this morning that Metchie's ankle is so banged up, he didn't practice a single snap between the two playoff games.
Dickerson dressing out after ACL surgery just so he could lobby coach to take the victory formation snaps.

I love a lot of these players. But this isn’t my fav team. Watching the D get rocked nonstop during the Ole Miss and Florida games was just brutal. The Ole Miss game was unfun. It was an embarrassing display of football. I’m not shitting on the kids or even the coaches; blame it on a sign of the times.
That 2015 team hasn’t been topped for me. I love that 12 team, too. Hell, I love those 08 and 09 teams more.

Can't pick a favorite 09 and 2020 as undefeated seasons, in 15 coming back after being written off by most, the national title game revenge in 11 was incredible. 17 had just the incredible finish. 12 seems to be the odd man out if I have to rank one as last.

2015 and 2012 did not go undefeated. Save your embarrassment.

I'm not quite sure that I understand this reasoning. Not only did OM's 2015 offebae dominate that 2015 Bama defense, they actually beat us in 2015.

What does undefeated have to do with a team being a personal fav?
Fine. I get it. After-glow of a great NC. Carry on

In several postgame interviews on TV and on the radio, Saban referred to his guys as "the ultimate team". With all the challenges they had to face and overcome, 2020 Alabama will always hold a special place in my heart.

It's funny how we look at things. Because of the OL, '12 is one of my favorites. And this year, even with all the bright shiny things to be wowed by, the OL on this team has made this possibly my favorite. I want Dickerson on the Dolphins badly.

I know what you mean, I feel like outside of 17 our Olines have been pretty awesome in all our championship seasons. 08 is one of my favorite teams because we weren't really exceptional outside of just being dominant on the oline where people just couldn't really stop it.
12 just didn't have a comeback story, didn't go undefeated but even after we lost to A&M it didn't feel like we weren't in control, great SEC championship but a good comeback story or a great national championship just a ho hum skullfricking of Notre Dame.
