Texas A&M has been a fantastic addition to the conference. Their fans have been straight class both in College Station as well as when they are the visiting team. They also run a clean program which several SEC founding members seem to be struggling with lately. The Aggies seem to be on pace to be wrecking ball in the SEC West and will solidly place themselves at 2nd in the division for many years to come. Hell, they might even give Bama some grief every now and then.

Happy to have you part of the conference Aggies. Gig 'em!

That's a lot of money to finish as first loser.

I mean people joke and laugh about the Aggies on here, but they have added an additional element to the SEC. Great University, Fans, weird traditions, but they are SEC brethren. Reason why I as a Bama fan respect them, they said frick Texas's shenanigans despite being tied to them for decades. They went out on they own and joined a division at the time that had 3 recent national champions.

We're lucky to have them here.

Totally agree. We need the high level competition that the Aggies bring to the table. It gets boring to only be challenged by Auburn, Ole Miss, and Arkansas in the West.

And occasionally MSU.

Great addition.

I feel bad that LSU has become a 3-5 place west finisher because of it though...its survival of the fittest though.

Any school that was smart enough to hire Bear Bryant and produce Gene Stallings is a good edition to the conference. At least they don't buy billboards proclaiming their butthurt for losing to Bama.
