So, how does this work with the buyout? Have we already paid him a certain amount thus far? I'm assuming the balance is now not due since he has another HC job?

IMHO, the fact that BB was chasing the job strongly suggest that he knew he was going to win against the Razorback Foundation for the rest of the buyout. Or at least not in any reasonable time frame. Simply too much against him. First the court by contract is in Fayetteville. BB made zero effort to land a HC job previously. Then while on professional football staff was paid far below the going market rate for his position, and the fact that the foundation can draw it out if need be. All the while BB's own lawyers are costing big $$$, and I'm sure Jen is likely complaining about having a much more restrictive income than she is use to having.
