Saban won two national titles with a shark fricker coordinating the offense.
That’s counter to some point you’re trying to make. Saban has won multiple titles with a revolving door on his staff. Dabo has kept his staff intact, with little change.

Venables has been on short lists longer than some of Saban’s DCs have been in coaching. Hell he’s been in coaching long enough to be a fall guy at Oklahoma and then reinvent himself again.

NO fan of Saban but there is no comparison. Saban's teams have dominated the SEC. Dabo's team, the Mighty ACC. Saban's SEC West games are harder than the entire ACC. etc etc etc
