We've played Tennessee what seems like 5 times in 20 years.

We've had some great games in this series. There was a time when we hated Tennessee more than any other SEC team. I think my favorite was knocking off #4 Tennessee in Knoxville in '92, with a temp coach and only our 4th game as a SEC member.

I like Tennessee too. They're one of the few SEC fanbases that are bearable.

Except it isn't. We haven't played them in Fayetteville since 2011. We won by an outrageous margin. And then the next time we met, we won at their place with the best team they've had since 2007.

Yep. I was in college in the early 2000’s and they were definitely the team we hated most at the time. It sucked when we lost them as a crossover opponent.
