Hell that would most likely be 7-5 (8-4*) with a normal schedule. Not sure even the most optimistic Hog fans would have predicted that before the season. Even having a chance to win 8-9 games after the bowl game is crazy.

4-6 would be very good. That would equal 3-5 in the conference on most years, they would have won their 4 out of conference, that would have put them at 7-5. Great improvement

4–6 would be 7–5 with a normal schedule with Nevada, Charleston Southern, and ULM on our plate. Notre Dame would be a loss.
