has nothing to gain by playing this season because he'll be the first QB taken in the 2021 draft. He cares so much for his team that he's leading a movement to play CFB. He's a shining example of what a star athlete should be.

He's definitely stepped into a void of leadership and presented his and a lot of other players point of view in a very positive way and without saying anything that could be picked at as being political or anti-anything. Just kids that want to be safe and play ball.

I agree, 100%.
It was much needed vocal leadership. I was afraid he was the wrong skin color to be making those statements and be taken seriously. Tell him we said thanks.

You have to give the Clemson Social Media Team props. They figured out a way to get everyone to forget about the Clemson Plantation story and replace it with Trevor Lawrence for Heisman.

Trevor definitely made a HUGE impression stepping out there in leadership for the majority of student athletes who don't like those 2 words "GIVE UP".

I, for one, welcome our new overlord of ambiguous gender. It's time somebody stepped up and acted like an adult in this country. Sad that it took somebody from Clemson to do it. But we'll all take it.

He made a great point that people were telling him in 2018 that he should sit out 2019 season and then after 2019 season they were saying he has things to work on.

The ones all those third string kickers in the Pac-12 are saying get shafted by the mean schools
They want to play even though honestly they would be locked into top picks if nothing is played
