Should win 8 and maybe more if we can steal one or 2 from OU, UGA,UF or Bama but its going to depend on QB play. I trust our defense, i have no reason to think that Gurantano is going to figure it out but supposedly has the talent and its his second year under the OC so its possible i guess. Im really hoping that Brian Maurer has figured out a way to not get a damn concussion every game and plays a little smarter or Kasim Hill, after taking scout team snaps last year and being more experienced can get us going. Line and running game should be able to do pretty well if we can force the other team to have to guard a legitimate passing threat.

Loss @ OU, Florida, Mizzou, Bama, @ Georgia. 7-5, with fans beginning to realize the new guy is more similar to the old guy than they want to realize...then they get a bowl win to get to 8-5 and “THE VOLS ARE BACK!” they will be 2021 preseason #14.

7-5, with 6-6 being more likely than 8-4.

UK will win 10 next year. 8 gimmes and 4 tossups.

8 is the minimum given last season's finish and the number of starters returning. 9 wins and Proot gets a raise. 10 wins and the Vols will be offseason national champs in 2021.

7.5 is a damn good over/under. I'm really torn between 7 and 8 wins.

But I think I'll take the over. I don't see them being worse than 7 wins for sure, and they could potentially win 9 games with some luck.

QB will still suck. If the over/under was 8.5, I'd definitely take under.

Tenn needs to have steady qb play in order to make a leap forward as a bonfire top 10-12 program. They have the other pieces to compete on a weekly basis with everybody on their schedule.

That said: 11-2 or 11-3
