Given your criteria, look for 12 South, around Lipscomb University, West End, or Sylvan Park. There are a couple of areas closer to downtown where Air BnBs are frequently robbed. The areas I mentioned are very close to shopping and Vandy and only a $15 Uber to Broadway. Also, very little crime and safe at night.

You are going to need a car for part of this. I would not have a car in London, Edinburgh, b or Glasgow. In fact, I would skip Glasgow. Get the car when you are ready to leave London.

Edinburgh to Inverness to Aberdeen back to Edinburgh in 5 days is too much. You will spend 50% of your time traveling. I would cut out Aberdeen. Plus, if cut out Glasgow, you will pick up a couple of days. Spend 2-3 nights in Edinburgh and 2 nights in Inverness. You would probably get a car once you get to Inverness. Use the train to travel between Edinburgh and Inverness.

Fly into Edinburgh.

3-4 nights in Edinburgh- I used Points for the Waldorf at the bottom of the hill next to the Castle but plenty of great places.

Overnight visit to St. Andrews is worth it if you have time. Only and hour from Edinburgh by train as a side trip and then back to Edinburgh.

Train to Pitlochry for hiking, golf, outdoors. Craigatin House for lodging was perfect to explore the town. 2 nights. Then train to Inverness.

At least two nights in Inverness. I think we stayed at Kings Mill. Nothing special but nice enough and easy to get around town for dinner and drinks. We did a Battle of Culloden tour (1/2 day) and hired a driver for Loch Ness on another day with a distillery visit. Good restaurants at night. Found some great live music. Train to Isle of Skye if you like outdoors.

Isle of Skye. It will be cool with some rain in June. We went in August and still had a cold rainy day or two. Portree is the largest town with limited restaurants and night life. Rent a car on the island. Spend 2-3 days exploring. Great seafood, a few distilleries as I recall, and amazing hikes/scenery.
No train station on the island. Train station is in Kyle Lochlash. You will take the Kyle line from Inverness and ride is scenic and beautiful. Grab the rental car at the train station and drive over the bridge to the island. Amazing couple of days.

Afterwards, turn in rental car. Ferry to Malaig and take train to Fort William.

Fort William is only one overnight stay in a B&B. The only reason to do this is to switch trains and take the Jacobite steam train (Harry Potter train and awesome Viaduct) to Glasgow. I would limit Glasgow to 2 nights. Fairly average modern city IMO. Fly out of Glasgow.

I got a BMW X5 from Sixt for about $1,000 - $1,200 for 12 days. Biggest car I could find at a reasonable price. 2 years ago. Adequate room so long as everyone is at one carryon and one checked bag.
We had the Jura E8 for about 18 months. Loved it. Just sold it and upgraded to the Jura Giga 6 which has two bean hoppers/grinders. It is a great machine.

Favorite dining spots in or near Healdsburg in May?
I work with different carriers regarding property claims. I can Allstate provides terrible service to their policyholders and I would avoid them at all costs.

Bless your heart. Although Bidenomics is accelerating the decline, the U.S. ran $1 Trillion deficits in 2017 and 2018 when the Republicans controlled both Houses of Congress and the White House.

Our citizens are too soft and too stupid to demand a proper fix.

Worldwide economic collapse is the most likely scenario.

You understand the debt isn't real, right?

There's no country that's going to come get their debts from the US.

Except maybe China.

The debt is very real and two-thirds of it is owned by Americans. Do you think State and Teacher pension funds are going to be fine with losing their investments. What about your 401k? Just write off???

If China owned 10 Tillion of that debt and called it in, and we can't pay it, it would crash our economy, which would crash their economy.

China had less than one trillion as of last year.

Four kids with one under two sounds like a lot for Dublin. However, get out of the City and Ireland is a beautiful country with wonderful people. If your family enjoys history and outdoor activities, go for it. Again, I would limit my time in the city and might skip it altogether with the exception of the airport. I would fly into Dublin, rent a van, and head south and west. First stop might be Glendalough for some light hiking in the Wicklow mountains. Just west of there you would Kilkenny which is an awesome small town that little ones could walk the street with you and not get completely worn out. After that, Rock of Cashel was very interesting for a day trip and then you could head slight north to Limerick with some cool family friendly attractions and a great "old city". I would then head west to Doolin for a visit to the Cliffs of Mohr. Finally, head South to Dingle for a few nights as it is a great little town with an amazing coast. You could do 1-2 nights in each of these places and stretch Dingle to 3 nights for a great 10 day trip.
Dowtown is nice with a quite residential feel to it. Don't go west of I-4. Nothing over there worth seeing/doing and it is a little ghetto.
Do yourself a favor and track some this down. It is cheaper to buy online and pay the high shipping costs through winery direct that buy it in the States (if you can find it). Probably my favorite visit last fall in Montelcino and we visited about 9 wineries.

Ciacci

On the way out of Florence, I bought a case of this and just opened the first bottle on a Buddy's 35th Bday last week. It was amazing. We plan to drink one each year on his Birthday going forward. Gives me a decade to get another case. Maybe the best wine we had in Italy over 12 days.

Ampio

My favorite winery after a week of touring Spain a couple of years ago. Again, you can order direct from the winery. You will not be disappointed.

Clos Mogador

All of these wines will easily age for a decade. Buy a case and throw it in the basement. Drink one bottle per year and take notes.

It will probably cost you $2,000 but to enjoy that over 10 years is a bargain.

As many as they want. The Deep State would be weaker if we didn't allow over 1 Billion classified documents. The people should have full access.

No,that would only solve one problem. I would rather see an Amendment that requires the government to collect All taxes directly from the individual monthly. When individuals have to write a check each month, voting will become more important, individuals will be better informed, and 50% of government would disappear overnight. If people had to write a check for FICA, FIT, Gas Tax, etc., behaviors would change dramatically to the fiscally conservative viewpoint.

As long as the name on travel documents match, you will be fine.
