Not sure what's more telling:
The SEC having more than any two conferences combined.
The SEC West having more than any two conferences combined between the Big 10 / Pac 12 / Big 12

Aside of Alabama, it’s amazing that programs such as Texas and OU only have one each. Texas for the longest time had more money in their program than God.

I’ve never been able to figure out Texas either.
They’re in the best state for recruiting with easy access to Louisiana and not far from the rest of the South.
They’re a historical blue blood with a ton of money and support for the program.
But what really have they accomplished? 1 title between 1971 and now?
They’re like Michigan. Average except for stories white hairs can tell.

They had a nice run under Mack but they were always dealing with Oklahoma. For a while, they owned the recruiting rankings but they loaded up on skill position players and never seemed to have that killer instinct.
I still think Herman might turn it around. That’s a sneaky game for us in week 2. People forget that was one of our hardest fought games last year and they blew out a really good Utah in their bowl.

Tebow didn’t win a natty and NC in the same year. They were 9-4 I think.

You counted Colorado's towards the PAC12 and only one of Miami's for the ACC, but Nebraska's for the Big12. Need to be consistent, and I'd side with counting them for the conference the team was in at the time.
SEC: 14
Big12 (and predecessors): 6
ACC: 6
Big Ten: 3
PAC12: 3
Big East: 2

And they aren't even winning that shitty conference either.

This is accurate and solely due to Big XII Heisman voters voting Graham Harrell 3rd over Tebow. Tebow had the most 1st place votes and finished runner up to Bradford.
But, OP said "Had a Heisman Winner during championship year". Tebow was a Heisman Winner in 2008, albeit from the previous season

ACC has the 2nd most over the BIG, PAC, and Big XII.

Why would you rank this alphabetically, rather than in order of titles won?

Didn't you accidentally leave off UGA?
Oh, wait....

UCF has a share of the 2017 title according to the official NCAA record book!
We'll acknowledge UCF as co-champions of 2017 the minute every single LSU fan acknowledges USC as co-champions with 2003 LSU.

Done.
UCF is your 2017 National Champion!
And that means A1abana hasn't won an outright title in half a decade!
Oof!

ACC 7
This is wrong. Miami's 1991 and 2003 Championships were as members of the Big East Conference (they didn't join the ACC until 2005). Correct answer is 6 (1990, 1993, 1999, 2013, 2016, 2018)
quote:
PAC 12 4
This is also wrong. Colorado's 1990 title was as a member of the Big 8 Conference. They didn't join the Big 12 until 1996 and didn't join the PAC 12 until 2011. The correct number is ZERO as Washington and USC were members of the PAC 10 when they won their titles.

Big 12 5
This is wrong too. (Seeing a pattern?) Nebraska's 1994 and 1995 titles were as members of the Big 8 Conference.
Here are the CORRECT numbers:
SEC - 14
ACC - 6
Big 10 - 3
Big 12 - 3
Big 8 - 3
PAC 10 - 3
Big East - 2

No. The Big 8, Southwest Conference and Big 12 were separate conferences. The Big 8 had a tie-in with the Orange Bowl, the SWC with the Cotton Bowl and the Big 12 with the Fiesta Bowl.
