The University of Tennessee plans "to bring students back for an on-campus experience this fall," UT chancellor Donde Plowman said in an email.
Decision is for all system campuses.
"The logistics of social distancing on a college campus will require considerable planning."

Tough to imagine that any SEC school won't have students on campus. That's where the money is, especially the out of state and international students.
Not having students on campus would also be a heavy blow to the economies of the college towns in the conference. Imagine Starkville or Auburn without the economic impact of student spending.

Who's left to announce? Florida, Vandy? Have the MS schools said anything?

Good... 18-22 year olds are the healthiest population group...
they'll get the crud in the dorms living in such close quarters anyway... happens here in Oxford all the time... spread germs around from all over.
let them develop herd immunity and get the frick on with our lives

Key word.
"Plans"
ETA: I think it's safe to assume all colleges plan to have students back in the fall.

There will be students on campus but it will be with social distancing. There will be football too, just without fans or very limited fans

Knox county has 477,000 people and 5 deaths/28 active cases. The surrounding areas are as good or better off. No reason not to open back up

South Carolina's announcement is one of the more specific ones I've seen:

When the first school announced it (Alabama) the rest had no choice but to follow. The only schools now that are in doubt are Democrat lead states.

There is no sane option other than reopening everything. Those of us who are vulnerable or have old or infirm loved ones need to do everything we can to keep them safe and to protect ourselves.
Governments need to back off. They did what was necessary to slow down the virus so that hospitals could get ahead ot it. That’s happened and now we have to learn to live with the virus. It’s not going away.
