Generally speaking, the stadiums and game day experiences that have national reputations as the cream of the crop have them for a reason. I've found my experiences pretty much were consistent with expectations going into them based on that.

I was having a conversation with a neighbor about our experiences at different SEC stadiums, and part of that conversation involved which ones seemed the tallest. This led to trying to find stadium heights and we couldn't find much on Google.

The issue for college football (and college sports in general) is not as much fans as it is campus access. If campuses have to remain fully online in the fall, then that means students aren't on campus. No practices or workouts, ergo no games. There are other logistical issues with funding and media...
