No problem, he states Bama will be equal to LSU and UF by 2010.

Equal.

That's it.

And I disagree.

I thought it was a pretty silly and useless article. They named 8 different teams as the next "super power" and discussed at least a dozen? And there is no SEC super power. The clown that said Bama said LSU and FL are a super power. In just a couple of sentences he made a fool of himself 3x.

why would this upset anyone? you act like they picked bama as their consensus next superpower. they surveyed 8 people and only one of them had bama as their top pick

Your once a generation instate talent of last year will not happen again. Louisiana has the same population as Alabama, yet produces more d-1 and NFL players. You have to deal Auburn and LSU has no competetion for talent. LSU has Texas next door as well. BTW, Nick Saban is the most overrated gameday coach in all of football!

This is true. People don't realize this, but they will eventually.

God Damn KPCrimson - you have to do something besides recruit one good class. You have to win more than 8 games to be an up and coming program. It is all talk based on you having a good coach 30 years ago and winning a NC 16 years ago. You and your team are pathetic and until you fricking win something shut the frick up you little douche.

Why would we?

"Dennis Dodd: --South Florida has a chance.
also, look out for Rutgers and -- can't believe I'm writing this -- Cincinnati."

"BYU is returning to its previous form"

It's obvious they were just throwing names out there.

And as for recruiting, LSU will have the #1 class this year.

South Florida has a chance. It plays in a league it can dominate. It has access to all those great Florida players. It has a donor base and the coaching staff is fantastic.

This is a very good point.
And if yall didn't notice, Cincinatti was mentioned 2-3 times in there.

Clemson, UCLA, South Florida, Rutgers, Cincinnati, Missouri, BYU, Oregon, ASU

Is this really a thread with a Bama fan bragging about mentioned on some website with the likes of those teams? Wow!

Do you know how stupid and pathetic this makes you look?

Somewhere a Cincy fan is just as giddy as you are.

It's a sad day when the next "superpower" is mentioned and Cinci is put out there with South Florida.

Honestly,Alabama has as much chance of being "Ole Miss" by 2010 as a 'superpower.

Keep in mind you are replying to a guy who is a fan of a team with "National Champion Recruiting" t-shirts. A lot of 'Bama fans have convinced themselves that a 'recruiting title' is almost the same as a 'real one'.
