Tight end Giles Amos went into the NCAA transfer portal Friday as a graduate transfer, AL.com has learned.
The former walk-on was awarded a scholarship last summer and saw action in nine games last season.

Amos deserved the scholarship he earned for his senior season. I hope he is able to transfer to a school where he can earn a lot of playing time.

Unfortunately Alabama will be over the 85 without transfers, with so many unexpected seniors returning for 2020.

he wouldn't have sniffed pre game warmups had both Miller forristall and major Tennyson not been lost for the majority of the season.
