If Clemson played in a more respectable conference I believe they'd have more staff turnover. Look at the job co-OC Jeff Scott got. South Florida? Jeff Gattis was WR coach at Bama and got the OC job at Michigan. Jimbo went from OC at LSU to coach in waiting at FSU. I could go on and on.

Clemson has been exceptional at keeping its coaching staff in one piece. Who is the OC replacement going to be though?
