I grew up in an old farmhouse in Folsom and we didn’t have AC. You have to remember that houses were designed to not have AC back then. Built in the shade, facing certain directions for air flow etc.
However, We did have an attic fan we used at night to pull in cooler air.

Am I the only one who thinks it’s just closing that gap at $2.03? I think it gets there and then starts coming back up. It’s funny how some stocks are more “gap averse” than others.
