Oh man, MSU vs Auburn is just going to be one gimmick play after another.
MSU: Fake punt with 5 laterals
AU: One man on the line of scrimmage at the ball with the rest of the team on the far sideline.
MSU: All the players face the wrong way at the snap and the QB runs backwards for some reason
AU: QB walks to the sideline saying they've got the wrong ball and then takes off for the endzone
It'll be wild.

This is a homerun hire for a program like MSU. They need to give him time though. Took about 4 years at his previous two stops before he lost less than 5 games.

He has a wacky reputation but at his core this guy is old school and hard core.
If you missed a class at Texas Tech, you had to make it up sitting alone in a desk on the emblem at the 50-yard line of the football stadium, even if it was 20 degrees and snowing.
And in his book, which was a good read, he said there were two things that would get you tossed off his team, no discussion, no second chance: Get caught stealing, because if you steal you can't be trusted; and if you hit a woman, because men don't hit women, period.
