Can we go get addazio to coach the OL and recruit?

A passing coordinator would be great if Gus were forced not to interfere

I just want then to bring in a coach who can modernize the passing game.
Alabama WR ran wild in the middle of the field. We should try that too

I desperately want this for Bo. The kid deserves some real coaching in that department. He plays with heart and loves Auburn. I hope Gus brings someone in to help with that because the talent is there.

Need Bama WRs to help make that happen.

Gus doesn't bring in offensive guys outside of his tree/footprint unless they are former AU players... Keep dreaming.

This has to change moving forward. He needs to bring in people that are better at their craft than him. Addazio would be a HR hire at OL if he were interested

Is there any kind of limit on the number of "coaches/helpers/assistants"? I swear, before the game Saturday, Bama looked like there were 100 guys on the field in coach gear waiting for the players to come on the field for warmups. Looked like they had 5 times as many as Auburn

I hear Bama is putting probation officers in coaches gear.

Pretty sure a cheap knock off version of their passing game to the middle of the field >>>> whatever we are currently doing.
If you bird eye view our passing attack, it is unbelievable how much open space exists in the middle of the field yet we rarely throw it there

No kidding. We also have receivers running routes that know they are decoys way too often that aren’t even looking for the ball when Bo is in trouble or flushes too early

JB Grimes has to go. Need to find a replacement for him. Recruiting has been abysmal.
Otherwise, I expect the whole coaching staff to return. Looking at each one individually, unless presented with a much better offer, the coaches seem to be naturally fit where they are.
Cadillac is in his first year as RB coach. Cant see him going anywhere else this year.
Porter was an RB coach but seems to fit in as the ST coordinator and TE coach here. Might get offers.
Kodi isn't going anywhere without GUS, imo.
Dillingham just got here and hasnt proven anything to warrant a promotion elsewhere.
Steele needs a couple more years for state pension. He has no reason to leave and Auburn wants him.
Gardner is here for life, imo.
T-Will could be lured away but I think his Auburn blood runs deep. Might get a good raise though. DC in waiting, imo.
Wesley McGriff left and then came back. Don't see him doing it again.
Marcus Davidson is young and on a veteran staff, he needs more seasoning.

Gus needs to hire passing game coordinator, new OL coach, and maybe a couple other things.
Mainly, he needs to stop treating players as specialists or he needs to recruit more well rounded players.

Obviously you wont get much disagreements with this....
That said, Gus is who he is. He runs an honest and clean program and is loyal to his coaches. Just the way it is. I don't expect any passing game coordinator. I think that Gus thinks the offense can improve as Bo Nix develops. He'll use that "he's not a freshman anymore" line a lot this offseason.
