It sounds like Chad Morris may be headed to the vacant OC position at USCe.

If that doesn't work out, I could see him on our support staff

We also have receivers running routes that know they are decoys way too often that aren’t even looking for the ball when Bo is in trouble or flushes too early
I was so pissed about this Saturday. I can't remember the exact play, but we were moving north to south. Bo flushed toward the AU sideline, and Seth was going in the same direction, but was walking, not even jogging, but walking.

Bo threw it away, but I honestly think Seth could have gotten open for the completion if he had just tried to actually run.

Yeah I think replacing grimes is necessary, adazio would be amazing

Grimes would be a great support role guy if he'd be willing to transition there. His problem is recruiting, not coaching.

Need to bring back Lashlee and his knowledge of air raid from SMU

That is the only scenario I could see Gus trusting someone to make big changes to the passing game

I promise you Freeze does not want to be where he is. The ONLY reason he's there is Sankey wouldn't allow Bama to hire him or anyone else in the SEC.

His road back to prominence would be achieved much quicker on the sidelines in a major conference if it's just as an OC. He knows he will fade into oblivion at Liberty or wherever he is now

Is there any kind of limit on the number of "coaches/helpers/assistants"? I swear, before the game Saturday, Bama looked like there were 100 guys on the field in coach gear waiting for the players to come on the field for warmups. Looked like they had 5 times as many as Auburn

This data is about 5 years old but at one time bama led the country in off the field "coaches" with 43 of them. Many were former HS coaches that Saban had hired once they delivered a kid, etc...others were problem coaches or coaches to old for the riggers of the trail but still could contribute breaking down film, etc...The NCAA had no limitations at the time. Ironically, Auburn was 2nd with 29 positions.

The NCAA has cracked down a bit, but I don't believe there is a limitation on numbers. You can't take a job like that if a kid from your school has signed in the last 2 years, etc...are the new rules.

How many times did you hear his name this year? I didn't hear it at all. Had to look up if he was even still at Liberty.

You think he chose that job???

And you think he’s going anywhere other than a head coaching job?

Just stop

OC at AU or Bama > HC in the Big South Conference. I think he needs to work on re-establishing his name and re-gaining trust and he won't do that where he is.
