Is the Iron Bowl this weekend?

I heard that the “biggest rivalry game in college sports” was happening this weekend.
Am I mistaken?
Other than #1 LSU playing an unranked opponent, it’s been pretty quiet on this “SEC website”..

It’s been oddly quiet given that this should be a relatively competitive matchup. Are both fanbases just that down about it? Entertain us with your bickering, dammit!

- Auburn fans are in the dumps and either indifferent or want Gus fired
- Alabama fans have no idea how their new QB is going to react against the best defense we've played all year. Add to that that Jordan Hare is by far the most troublesome road venue we've dealt with in the Saban era.
So, yea, it's a weird dynamic.

I mean I’m a little surprised Auburn fans aren’t feeling some confidence. Solid defense against Not Tua at QB with JHS crowd on their side? Bama defense that has been a shell of its former self all year?

Crazy. They always talk about how LSU isn’t a rival, Auburn is, etc...but the week of the Iron Bowl they’ve ghosted the board.

It's been very quiet. I tried to get an Iron Bowl thread started yesterday and I think I had two Bama fans chime in and zero Auburn.
