Does Auburn completely destroying Miss state impact our reactions to losing to them

No. Auburn is good but they aren't so good that our offense should look like arse most of the game. Maybe if we had blown out Arkansas I might feel differently but the offense was pretty bad against them too. Hell,we had trouble running against Texas State at times. Meanwhile an ancient Mack Brown took a talent-less UNC team to within a missed two point conversion of beating Clemson today. If our offense shows up at all in either of those two games we could have won.

No, State handed them 21 points out of the gate, the game is at Auburn and our aspirations are a lot higher than fricking State.

Even an average offensive performance wins that game

Not really. Still means we are 4th or worse in the division. Auburn isn’t Bama, we recruit similarly to them. Should have been a closer game.

We should have beat Auburn by 30.
