PRE-GAME NOTES
— Tommy Stevens was announced as Mississippi State's quarterback over Garrett Shrader.
— Backup Auburn defensive lineman Derick Hall is not dressed out.
— Auburn WR Shedrick Jackson is dressed out and warming up today. He did not travel last week to Texas A&M and has been injured (high-ankle sprain) since the season opener against Oregon.
— Quarterback Tommy Stevens will be available tonight for the game, but it's not clear if the MSU starter will play as he continues to recover from an injured shoulder. Freshman dual-threat quarterback Garrett Shrader started last week for the Bulldogs.

COMMENTS
— The following MSU players are suspended for the game: Lee Autry, Willie Gay Jr., Devonta Jason, Kwartrivous Johnson and Marcus Murphy.
— Leo Lewis will start at Will linebacker for MSU and Jaden Crumedy will start at defensive tackle.
