As an Auburn fan, can someone tell me what that is?

I feel like that is how they start every game with Tua

The slant is an illegal play, 15 yard penalty.

Their receivers are so quick that they get separation easily. It’s amazing how good they are and they really make Tua look better than he actually is.

Im being a smart arse, I just wish we would use the middle of the field, all these friggin te/hbs and nothing over the middle, would help back these eight man fronts off a wee bit.

So true, you press them and they run by you, you cushion and they throw those friggin slants and then run by you.

Being short on RB's . . .

So, kind of like Auburn is? Are you saying we should maybe try this?

Not if they haven't practiced it.

On the same note, I see Wisconsin gashing Meeechigan by rotating multiple big RBs. Might want to try that too.

We have thrown only 5 passes over the middle of the field between 5 and 30 yards. Let that sink in baws.

Meanwhile Tua throws for 5 tds today Joe Burrow for 6.

Just call a slant and let the QB overthrow it.

Don’t even try to complete it.

Just make it look like you will attempt it.

I think we actually threw a....what did you call it? Schlant? Well whatever you said, we did that when Williams caught a TD today.

Well looky there. We also threw to a TE for a touchdown.

Now if we can just get a combo TE across the middle a few times you will be amazed at what happens to the running game.

You can find a good example of a well executed slant in the Auburn -Texas A ad M game on the Bo Nix to Seth Williams TD pass.

Do you guys understand, I said we dont run slants, we ran one and scored..... kinda sorta maybe proves my point.

Ive also been griping about the te/hb, we threw to him and also scored.

Now lets try the te/hb across the middle (a combination of my gripes) and watch us blow up the defenses we face with the pass and the run.
