And that he’s lost a step. If he called today and said he wanted to come back to LSU would you support firing O immediately and hiring Saban even with him being 67?

LSU fans would literally eat dog shite if Saban said he’d come back.

Saban is done. It would be dumb for any school to take him.

No.

I'd know it was a prank call.

I know he's old, but I don't think he's senile, which is what it would take for him to go back to LSU.

Right now, today? No. Despite what some thought of the hire, O has earned this job and learned from his mistakes. That’s more than we could say about Miles during his tenure.

I’m not in the habit of firing a guy who has done everything he can to earn and keep his job.

Sure, just like they did in 2007.

I honestly wouldn’t.

10 years ago, absolutely.

5 years ago, absolutely.

But I’m happy right now

NO.

Heck, I wouldn't take him 10 years ago.

He is a nasty little guy.

Yep. I’d take him. Was never a fan of the Orgeron hire.

No, he hasn't done anything to warrant dismissal.

I'm not one to usually make these posts and I know that a lot of the LSU fans on this board really suck. But, you know, for a fan base of a team that has absolutely dominated the SEC and pretty much all of college football y'all are really fricking insecure and kind of pathetic and it's seems to be growing worse this season.

I’ll answer in another way. I would not support firing Orgeron when he doesn’t deserve to be fired. Obviously I’d love for saban to be LSUs coach, but it would be wrong to fire a man with a top 3-5 team, who just revamped our offense and beat Texas.

That wouldn’t sit well with me nor other coaches. Certainly wouldn’t sit well with high school coaches in LA.

So, no.
