Another question might be ...
Lawrence and the Clemson receivers
or
Tua and the Bama receivers
With that in mind, I would take Tua.
Raw talent wise ... I take Tua
QB with his HC, his QB and OC coaches? Clemson's

Today I would take Tua. Lawrence has looked shaky so far. Long term I think Lawrence will be very good though.

Trevor. Traditional QBs are still running football.. occasionally a Russell Wilson goes to the right team and succeed. But not as often as a Pocket QB

Tough call. Tua has made some oh no, oh yes throws in his time and Trevor is ahead of his time compared to most NFL caliber QB's.
I'd have to say Trevor for myself, but it's pretty close call for me.

I should add.... if based on NFL potential? Trevor Lawrence all the way. He will do way better than Tua will in the NFL. The NFL could break Tua physically.

in what way? The bama game, he didnt make any amazing throws. He just happened to have the opportunity to throw against a guy named Savion Smith. Trevor Lawrence is a 1 read QB who needs WR's to bail him out. He has a good arm but i'd take Tua and even Herbert over him

They are incredible but so are the Bama wideouts and backs

You realize Tua spent most of last year throwing to his 1st read only, right?

that was a designed play that was difficult to stop. duh...Tua reads defenses way better than Lawrence.

This Lawrence hate is crazy. That dude is special.

Lawrence read Bama's defense just fine.

if you think that, you know nothing about football. He took advantage of busted coverages and lame arse Savion Smith

Taking advantage of busted coverages is part of the job. It's how Tua amassed 90% of his stats last year.

Lawrence all day. Not particularly close to me. Lawrence is a once in a generation QB and will be in the NFL. Tua may not be as successful in the league

i could have thrown that pass with my foot when Thompson blew the coverage

So could Tua. We know this because we watched him lob passes to wide open Jeudy and Ruggs all year.

yeh and we have seen Lawrence toss passes to the other team so far this year

In my opinion, Jake Fromm belongs in this conversation. Dude is seriously underrated.
As an NFL GM, I’d take both Fromm and Lawrence over Tua.
Tua is the most accurate, but he needs to prove that he can handle the mental side of playing QB, as well as staying healthy.
I know that Fromm and Lawrence will both have long, successful NFL careers. Tua is a boom or bust type of prospect

When teams figure out you're a one read and go QB, things can start to break down for you.
See: Tua vs. UGA and Clemson in 2018.

Lawrence because of his ability to stay in the pocket and not panic with pressure. His height enables him to avoid a sack by getting ride of the ball. Tua’s biggest problem is he panics when pressured. He wants to run and make a big play. He is more accurate than Lawerence, but he has height issues compared to him.
