Amazing. Mullen's class rose almost the exact same amount as Kirby's did, but Kirby is cheating Ole Miss amounts, and Mullen is doing things the right way.

Tired Richt being at uga was great for Florida. He didn’t have the energy required to fulfill the programs potential, so we hired someone who did. Still, Kirby didn’t land the #1class after 8-5 in 2016. He had to prove himself first, and winning the secc in 2017 did just that, and that was followed up by a draft filled with high draft picks.

There is better recruiting, and then there is rising dramatically. Last team to be so obviously cheating was Ole Miss. There fans denied it too of course. Georgia when Kirby came was a upper middle program. No title in 35 years, not even a title game. Was second fiddle to Florida and well below LSU and Bama.
He has a very average first year. Then lands a top class well beyond what Georgia usually got? Hrm. If you do not understand why everyone but your fans are suspicious, it is kind of easy to see. Was the same with Ole Miss. Very obvious, very blatant. Recruits need a reason to go to a school. Georgia didn't have the NFL pipeline of Bama, LSU, OSU, or even Florida. Didn't have a proven HC like Clemson, Bama, etc.
Yet continuously beat these better programs out at an absurdly astonishing rate. Wonder how. Guess it is his fun personality that never showcases itself except behind closed doors.
How many logic flaws can you have in one post?
UGA was #6 in recruiting when Kirby took over, then to 3, then 1 and back to 2. That is not a huge jump.
UGA is 1 hour from the #1 recruiting hotbed in the country.
Kirby has always been an elite recruiter.
If you are mad about UGA beating UF for recruits (and you are), I suggest that your AD stop hiring creeps like McElwain and Mullen.

Sorry, I just don't put any stock in this. Note - not a knock on OP, I'm sure this all happened as you described.
However, this is the third version of this post I've seen. In the end, every account varies wildly regarding the ongoing levels of cheating.
More importantly, they all share the same red flags.
1. All were chance encounters in a public place (airport, bar, whatever)
2. A casual conversation is struck up where the poster learns of the other's profession (one was an Ok State assistant, one a MS State grad assistant, and now this mystery man)
3. Now it gets interesting - the professional, for some unknown reason, decides to tell this person, who was a complete stranger minutes ago, all of these insider secrets. Answering every question, spilling the beans on colleagues, just laying it all out there.
4. Again, all 3 accounts vary wildly.
#3 is why I will never believe these accounts. I don't see any reason to believe these people are telling the truth. I don't believe they even KNOW the truth. Why would a coach at unnamed school A know what the heck school B is actually doing. Heck, there's no way to know these people are even who they say they are. Long story short, someone probably fed you mostly BS.

The ability of LSU fans to make up their own facts is truly astounding. It's all on tape, man. It's been verified that the LSU coach was never punched, as he said he was.
It is true that Craig acted like a jackass. He was emotional after his position group being so important in an upset victory over the staff that fired him. Jimbo's nephew did nothing wrong. He went over to pull Craig back, and that's when the LSU coached walked up on him. He was defending his space when an LSU player, in full pads, hit him with the world's most pussified cheap shot. And he certainly never hit the LSU coach, as the LSU staff lied and said. They are liars. That's been proven on tape. Deal with it.
