That was the NCG right there. Notre Dame was fricked regardless of who won that game.

GOAT
Never heard a stadium as loud as when UGA blocked the FG and ran it for a TD

Not to derail the thread, but it's surprising to me how many classics Alabama has been involved in with this SEC Championship Game series.
1992 was an all-timer, as was 1994. 2008 was back and forth, but those two games against Georgia are probably the best of the bunch.

I honestly thought there would be more close games than this.

I was on the Auburn side for this one and about lost my mind when they scored on their opening drive. The first part of that game was wild but I'm shocked that there weren't more than 3 more exciting games than that one

2019: Georgia seeks revenge against A&M for regular season loss. Doesn't get it.

That Auburn-Mizzou game was a fun one to watch. Little 10 style game. Was 45-42 going into the fourth quarter. Might have single-handedly caused Tre Mason's mental issues. 46 carries in the game, think he tooks a few shots to the head. Well done Gus.

2018 SEC is higher than 2012 to me. Just the story of the guy who got benched a year earlier against the same team in the same building coming back to save his team in pretty much the same scenario........You can’t write that shite.

Really???
2001
LSU 31
Tennessee 20
Best SEC Championship Game ever.
Yes, not the narrow time frame in your OP.

Sec West is 8-1 during that stretch

I would argue that, despite ths score, '16 was a better game than '15. Florida's offense did nothing til garbage time in '15. They went almost 3 quarters without a first down. They at least showed a pulse in '16.

2012 was the best football game I’ve ever seen and we lost. Losing doesn’t change how epic it was. Both teams deserve our gratitude for that one.
