Why SEC fans should root for Kentucky today

1) Fans should root for its conferences Blue-bloods. Their success lifts everyone else up. Alabama in football and Kentucky in basketball should always claim your support
2) Kentucky is seeking its 18th Final Four; Auburn its first. While Auburn will be satisfied just to make the Final Four, Kentucky will see it as just one more step and will remain focused on the ultimate prize.
3) Auburn celebrates by throwing rolls of toilet paper into trees at Toomer’s corner; Kentucky students burn furniture and turn over cars on State Street near downtown Lexington. I’ll let you judge which is more exciting.

The last time I rooted for Kentucky is in 92 when they played Duke. Look how that turned out. Hmm maybe I should now that I think of it.
As far as rooting for the Blue Blood crap goes. That is the weakest comment I've ever read and that's saying something. So does that mean you don't root for UK Football? Because I don't know what the opposite of blue blood is, but it's UK football.
