That is how you're supposed to handle the confidentiality of a coaching search. Smoke screen of Matta was great execution. LSU needs to take note.

Well. Alabama now has their version of a high school coach. Nate Oats coached HS basketball at Romulus HS from 02-13.

Just think of the good nicknames he can have- Oat(s) the Goat, Wild Oats, etc. If he gets fired early we can go punny with Rye we barley knew ya Oats. This is an excellent hire for these very reasons.
