Demo and parking deck/classroom space.

Of course they may elect to build a new baseball stadium on that corner as well.

Tear it down with the athletics building. Build new FOF where current AD building is and a new AD building where BEMC stands

They miscalculated and built it a few feet too close to the new rec center which is why it hasn’t been demolished. It poses a risk

At least that’s the word out there.

Universities utilize every inch of space that is available, so it is hard to remove existing buildings.

The new Football Only building will probably be built at the old track. Beard-Eaves is not near any other classroom buildings, so what would you put there besides parking. Cost a lot of money to tear it down.

This is the correct plan of action but I have little faith those making the decisions are competent enough to do this. Tbh I'm just happy they're tearing down Parker Hall.

Pour one out for my old home. Yeah it was a dump, but it was my dump.

That is going where the old track is.

Are you talking to me?

I paid / voted for the plenty of future building in school I never got to use? I’m glad future students had better facilities than I did and I still donate today.

AU has already priced my out-of-state kid out of going to Auburn. $50k a year now and she's got 9 years to go before that age.

It seems like Auburn’s campus has been in a non-stop construction phase since I graduated.

Pretty much all major schools have at least one construction project going on at a time.

I paid $12k a semester out of state 10 years ago, it’s probably not that far off.

50K per year sounds right for total cost of attendance for OOS students.

When I saw the construction of the new Rec center I told myself then how the hell are they going to demo the Coliseum?

It was $1800 a quarter Out-of-state my freshman year, you could get in-state after 1 year, dropping it below $1k.

I've got a kid there now, Out-of-state, but due to some recent changes in law and my GI bill...IN-STATE! That was huge, otherwise she'd be at UGA.
