his best stat was his frehsman year, he was averaging around 12-13 mins a game and a little under 4 fouls

Imagination if there wasn't a cap to fouls or if they called Silva for 50% of actual fouls, he would be way over. He fouls so much, that there's a ton of ones they miss with him.
