Must be in town talking to John Rhys Plumlee. I guess he's not a solid to Georgia.

Who exactly is this news to? They offered him a blue shirt and he didn't like it

Would take him just to suit him up on the diamond as well.

I don’t envision him being in this class for UGA.

It's one of the main reasons I want him at LSU. I don't know how realistic LSU's chances are though.

Pretty sure we expect Plumlee to go elsewhere. We signed Dwan Mathis and Stetson Bennett.

Stetson Bennett is just sounds like a QB that leads his underdog team to a state championship his senior year. Great name

Then washes out and bounces around from one semi pro team to another before moving back home. Kind of like Colt Bennett.

It is a good name. IIRC, he was a walk-on QB that served mainly as a scout team QB. Seems he transferred to a JUCO, and has now returned, because we felt we needed somebody that was familiar with the offense, so they could step in in case something happened to Fromm.

Plumlee would have been great, but he wanted to finish his senior year in HS and play baseball his senior year, and we wanted somebody that could come in and learn the offense this spring.

Whoever gets Plumlee will get an excellent prospect.

I do not like the idea of him in Auburn’s offense. He is a competitor and a really really good ball carrier

Maybe Malzahn is applying for a job at the high school.

Ole Miss or Auburn. He wants to qb, those are the two best choices for him.

Ole Miss had him and Jerion Ealy both there this weekend and pitched the dual sport opportunity big and had them pose for Bo Jackson/Kyler Murray shirtless shoulderpads with a bat pics.

When recruiting against Auburn, they have the recruit pose as Auburn’s most famous player ever. Bold move Ole Miss, bold move

They don't need him /s.

Real talk though, that is the high school where Brett Favre was the OC.

LSU was in contact with him after UGA pulled his scholly but I think they were looking at him as a backup to one of the DBs or DL they are after. LSU was talking to him about playing safety. Apparently there's not a ton of interest from either side.
