Quitting without telling the boss is a total bitch move. A million dollar employee should show some respect for the institution and his fellow coworkers. I'd blacklist his arse from my school and hammer his lack of character on the recruiting trail

What's really strange (I completely agree with you by the way) is that he would leave so quickly and without hesitation, given what Bama brings back on offense. Tua and the boys are gonna put on a show next year to the tune of 45-50 average ppg. Idk good luck to the guy

He owed none of them anything. Sure he burned the bridges, but he can do that if he wants to. Respect for his boss is earned by how his boss treated him not by # of ships. This post is weird that you care enough about the situation to post as a (seemingly) neutral party.

I agree. I’ve worked for companies that I didn’t fit in and I was honest and told them. He is a good coach and this won’t hurt him but it was a bitch move.

There’s a reason this story is fishy.
It’s a two way street. It’s easy to attack Enos because he’s an assistant. My guess is Saban is an a-hole, and Enos didn’t want to put up with it. He’s not the first.
