The big take away last night wasn’t the Clemson victory.

It really wasn’t even the magnitude of the victory.

It was that Bama quit playing. Nick not only was out coached, and made poor decisions; he lost control of his team.

Lose the worship of the national sports writers and recruitment becomes an issue.

Talent not coaching is the source of Bama’s modern run. And yes, that’s due to Nick. But...

This MAY be the first crack in the Nick dynasty. Sports writers love tearing down more than building up.

At least, I hope so.

And tomorrow you'll still be an LSU fan. If you can say all of this about Alabama what does that say about your team?

Not trying to score before half was unusual.

History has shown that when Saban and Bama miss out on a national championship, they fold and the dynasty ends. Every time. I'll bet Saban is peacefully sleeping right now without a care in the world. That's the kind of guy he is.

When do you predict recruiting to become and issue for Saban/Bama?

Oh, never mind....I see you're just hoping.

This kind of stuff was posted when we lost to Ole Miss two years in a row. Then when Auburn beat us in 2013. Then when Oklahoma beat us in the Sugar Bowl. Then when we lost to Ohio State. Then when we lost to Clemson the first time. Nothing changed.

fricking desperation, fake FG, going for it on 4th down over and over, 1st & goal on the 1 yr line and getting your arse stuffed 4 times.

Clemson had Bama's number, scouted our offense really well and Venables schemed to near perfection to shut down our offense. Then they had their way on offense, picking us apart non-stop.

Yep. Pending some sort of monumental recruiting collapse, they will continue to be a force. Clemson was just very much better last night.

That we finished the season with a NY6 bowl win instead of getting obliterated on national TV.

Sorry dude, but to quote every gump ever, "if you're not first, you're last."

I bet you’re right!
He slept peacefully through the pre-game game prep. The game itself. Why should post game be any different!

But this time the team not only lost, they quit! Nick and Bama were dominated physically and morally. Those other teams didn’t.

That’s the point.

I guess reading comprehension isn't your thing. My point was stated clearly in my post. Derp.

Last time he said in interview after game he was preparing for next season. I bet he didn't sleep a wink last night. Probably got smashed and slapped around his wife in the ole Bama fashion.
