That’s a good move for him as well. If he is as good as advertised he will have Ohio State in the playoffs now that the distraction of Urban Meyer is gone.

Never seen UGA bend over backwards for one player,

Far as I am concerned Ohio State just caught cancer.

What does he do if he can't beat out Martell?

Because the kid thinks he has a better opportunity to make it big there? Don't be that guy.

I'll also LMAO if for some reason Haskins decides to stay in school.

Nah, because he is a malcontent. He was never going to beat out from as a True Freshman...

Lots of commotion over a punt team upback.

It's not garunteed that he will beat out Tate martell who has 2 years in the playbook/program already, I have no ill will to the kid, but it seems like he is making the same mistake.

Imho, he was never beating out Fromm. So this is the right move if he wants meaningful playing time. Whether or not he beats out Martell remains to be seen.

I agree with this. He should have gone the next tier down - a Va Tech or Penn St. situation. He might win the job up there, but if he doesn't he is going to be in a jam.
