Brad Bohannon is doing a damn good job.

Are these classes committed or signed?

I believe these are signed as of a few weeks ago.

I hope Bohannon can turn this program around. Going to Bama baseball games as a kid was always so fun.

I’m sure Florida is somehow signing 4 lefty’s that sit at 97. Sully is a hell of a coach.
LSU’s 18 baseball class is one of the best we’ve ever got to campus from a talent standpoint.

SEC baseball is ridiculous. Looking forward to our next crop of talented pitchers at UF.

How many of those guys will end up signing with a pro team after being drafted and never play in college?

These class rankings are worth nothing right now. Only thing that matters is enrolled for college baseball, after MLB draft rankings. Vanderbilt is always one that ends up signing like 10 Top 100 kids then a bunch dont make it to campus.

Vandy also seems to get those kids to stay at a much higher rate than anyone else in the SEC. TCU is great at it too.

No doubt, but when you stack up on a ton of of them, a few are bound to stick

That's 3 years in a row Vandy has has the #1 class by Perfect Game. They are stockpiling some talent.

I think SC is going really heavy on JUCOs these days. Sad.

Nothing wrong with that, some of LSUs best players have come from JUCO. JUCO baseball is loaded with talent, much like high school it's finding the right guys who wont leave you at the alter for pro baseball.

That's not always a bad thing, you can get some high impact players from JUCO. South Carolina has a commitment from one of the top JUCO pitchers in Florida, Thomas Farr from NW Fl State. They've also got an infielder from Chipola committed who I believe started his career at Georgia.
Another JUCO pitcher they have is Andrew Peters from John A Logan in Illinois. Logan is always pumping out high quality arms. Peters started his career at D2 Maryville just outside of St Louis, but then started throwing in the mid-90s and wanted to go somewhere bigger.
With trackman being installed in so many SEC and ACC ballparks now, scouts don't have to see guys in those leagues in person as many times to get a feel on them, so it's freeing them up to scout the JUCOs more heavily for under the radar guys. This is going to make it harder for D1 schools to get top level JUCO kids to campus.
I follow JUCO baseball more heavily than any reasonable person should. And now it feels like every top level JUCO team has 9 guys throwing in the 90s with a few touching the upper 90s. The Florida and Texas schools especially.

Mizzou had a kid in the 2019 class skip his senior year and enroll early. Wade Elliott from Oklahoma. He's already transferred out to Grayson College in Texas.

Is there a reason that you choose to use la state rather than LSU?
